Submission Instructions

Housing Smart Community Coordinators from each municipality should use this page to submit information about the Housing Smart Community Task Force members. As individual Housing Smart Actions are completed, the municipality can submit the forms for each action to be reviewed and verified.

Submissions for each action should include supporting documentation that allows County staff to verify that the minimum criteria for the action is being met. Submissions for review and verification are on a rolling basis and can be submitted at any time.

Housing Smart Communities Resolution

This step involves the municipality making a formal commitment to the process via municipal resolution. The resolution should include the reasons the community has determined to address its housing challenges and commit to working through the Housing Smart Community actions.
